I have one piece of hard-wrought advice for my daughters: close your mouth when cleaning a toilet. There is a rather revolting story behind that particular piece of wisdom. Ain't life just so sweet folks...

I was cleaning the toilet with a brush, Ken. I was singing - 'Down in the Tube Station at Midnight' ('pube station'} by the Jam -, when the vigorous brushing flicked some of the brown water into my mouth. It was... yuuuuuuuuuuuueeeeeeeek mate. Good to hear from you. Apologies for my long, long silence - I've been... well...
Yesterday, I was browsing some books in a charity shop, when I saw a work, 'Ellington - Man of Strategy'. Now, I am into Jazz and I thought I'd check it out. However, when I bent down to pick it out from the shelf, I realised it was in fact, Wellington - Man of Strategy'! Later, I was momentarily intruiged by a record with the name, 'Scot Land' on it. It was, of course, 'Scotland'. I am a fuck-wit man! My mind and life is in a bit of a muddle at present mate!!!! (And my daughter's hamster has died under my care whilst she was away, because I left it by an open window and forgot, and it got hyperthermia... whoops! She's back from camping tomorrow. Eeeek!) All the best :)
